The online store melpomene.gr provides e-commerce services through www.melpomene.gr. By visiting or using the website, its services, or a customer account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use.

You are responsible for the internet connection, equipment, and any third-party charges required to access the website. Information supplied during registration or checkout must be accurate, current, and complete.

Customers are responsible for activity under their account credentials and must notify us promptly of unauthorised use or a suspected security breach. Account deletion requests may be sent to info@melpomene.gr.

Newsletters are sent only to recipients who subscribe voluntarily. You may unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us.

These terms are governed by Greek law, European Union law, and the applicable international conventions. If any provision becomes unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Consumer dispute resolution

Consumers can find information about available Alternative Dispute Resolution bodies through the competent Greek authority at adr.gov.gr. The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
