Card payment

Purchases may be paid by supported Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards when this method is available at checkout.

Bank transfer

Bank account details are provided by the store before a transfer is completed. Include your full name and order number in the payment reference and send proof of payment to info@melpomene.gr. Transfer fees, including international bank charges, are borne by the customer.

Receipts and invoices

During checkout you may select a retail receipt or an invoice. Invoice requests require the additional business information shown in the checkout form.

Order cancellations and refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation is accepted before dispatch without shipping charges. If dispatch has already taken place, the relevant shipping and return charges may apply. Eligible refunds are initiated after the returned goods have been received; bank processing times may mean card refunds take up to seven working days.
