Placing an order

Orders may be placed online at www.melpomene.gr or by email at info@melpomene.gr. For email orders, include the complete delivery address and a contact telephone number.

Delivery within Greece

Orders are sent through cooperating delivery companies. Delivery to remote areas may take 3–4 working days. Products with volumetric weight above 10 kg may be sent by freight carrier. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless a free-shipping offer applies.

Courier charges

Courier delivery costs €3.50 for orders up to 2 kg. Shipping is free for product orders above €80 and up to 5 kg. Above 5 kg, the charge is €1.00 for each additional kilogram.

Freight carrier

The customer pays the carrier’s applicable charge. Cash on delivery is unavailable for freight shipments, which must be prepaid. We will contact the customer before dispatch to agree on the carrier.

Store collection

Collection orders are usually prepared the same or next working day when submitted before 17:00. Collection hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00. Collection is free. Orders not collected within 10 days may be cancelled automatically.
